Leavin' on a jet plane....

Good Morning and Happy Sunday! It's a beautiful sky out there today and not too cold either. Hoping this year does not become one of constant repairs. Last week it was the car getting hit, this week it was my watch stopping. Here's hoping the repairs don't take too long as my neck feels rather naked without it.
We are tired this morning. As some of you may have guessed from the title, today is travel day. Amanda is taking off back to school. Four am is early to be awake. Serra and I are back in the Fort hoping the day goes smoothly for travel and getting back to campus tomorrow. Hopefully someday the kid will have a "normal" college experience.
What did we do this last week? In many ways it was quiet. Even though Amanda was home she had online classes to attend and homework to get started on. Do admit it was good to get the additional week with her.
Serra got her booster shot and spent most of Friday wiped out. We tried to convince her to nap which didn't work. Saturday, she woke up ready to conquer the world, so I am glad she does not have any lingering effects.
Crafts this week saw time crocheting for a web post. You can check it out here on the Spin Off page. I also finished off another ounce of fiber on a spindle. This week will see some dyeing and weaving as I put the studio back together from the holidays.
As for me, life feels good. I am in the flow. It's possible that this is one of those resting places on the path that I have talked about before. This time though I am not railing against it and feeling the need to push forward. Right now, is the time to build on consistency and to keep learning about everything. First time I have felt peaceful at one of these spots.
Next week! Cleaning, dyeing, weaving, more of everything along with getting accustomed to quiet during the day again. Today however is for rest and football. Breathe, feel, take care of YOU and I'll be back next week ;)
