Quiet routine

Good Morning and Happy Sunday! Weather is looking a little sad and grey out my window today in the Fort. I wonder if a storm is moving in or if the sun is simply taking a rest day. Thankfully I am not sharing the weather's colors.
Bit of routine returning for the girls this week as the district is moving to phase 3 here for Serra. She'll be in person two days a week and home for the other three. I'd like to hope that it stays this way for the remainder of the year simply to get life moving again but I also know how quickly things can change. Amanda is back out at college for her semester to start tomorrow. She just got into her room this morning and is getting settled. I have been so impressed with how RPI has handled this year. Staggered move ins, twice a week testing and limited in person classes have let her be on campus. Not quite exactly the college experience but better in many ways than being online at home.
Projects are still very hush-hush at the moment! Yarn did arrive for the April KnitCrate so that will be up next after the current sample for YarnRush. I believe I'm about half finished with it at the moment. Something I can share is this teaser video for the Masks project. The museum plans to run the exhibit longer this year because of restrictions allowing more people to see it this spring. It will be open in person from April 16- June 20.
As for me, there is always more to do, more to try and more to work on but I can say that in this instant of time that I'm pretty happy. I feel as though I've shed another layer from things I've learned over the last few months and even though life is not quite stable yet I know that it will be. I don't think it's just the new year and administration talking either. Life feels full of potential right now and I know it's going to be good.
This week! More knitting, adjusting back to quiet during the day and just two of us being here. Smile, take care of you and I'll be back next week :)
