Good Morning and Happy Sunday! We might finally be sliding into fall in my little corner of the Fort. The nights are cooler and my dear tree out front is starting to thin. The streetlight shines a little brighter into the window each night making it time to close the valance curtain for sleep. What did we do with the short week? Things so far sound pretty quiet for Amanda. Her main concern is getting the graduate committee to sign off on one of her classes so that it counts for her degree. Good Morning and Happy Sunday! A little gentler start this morning as I did not get out of bed when I first woke up at five. Fall is trying to arrive with the cooler temperatures in the morning that I love. What did we do this week? Amanda and Serra each had their first week of classes! So far it sounds like the semester is going to be good. Amanda is trying to confirm that the audioelectronics class she signed up for will count for credit and Serra is ready to get things moving with her full slate of classes and labs. Good Morning and Happy Sunday! Yes, I know, I am early today. I woke up at the time I usually get up during the week and couldn't go back to sleep. Might as well get out of bed and use the hours. The sun is just coming up to join me. What did we do this week? Amanda has enjoyed a week of rest before jumping into classes next week. Good Morning and Happy Sunday! I've been awake since 430 am which is my normal weekday waking time. Part of me says I should have gotten out of bed and the day started. The rest of me is glad that I took the time to relax, something I rarely do. The sun is shining bright, and hopefully will not get too hot today. What did we do this week? Amanda finished up her time in the OR as part of her grad program at Rochester. She has seen so many interesting surgeries over the past five weeks including a cochlear implant. This next week will be spent resting up and attending GTA training. What I don't think they realize yet...
