August, you're looking very different this year

Good Morning and Happy Sunday! It's a quiet and sunny morning in my little corner of the Fort so far today. Nights have been much cooler making sleep wonderful once I get there. The afternoon rainstorms have also been a treat.  What did we do this last week? Well to say the last few months have been different is an understatement. I don't think that anyone could have told you that baseball's Opening Day would be in July but it was the 24th. We had other things happening that day so our standard festivities had to wait. Baseball, new product and little magics

Good morning and Happy Sunday Internetland! I hope that you are enjoying the long weekend. The girls are taking advantage of it by stocking up on sleep. This is our last free weekend until the middle of November so I've been trying to keep it as chill and relaxed as possible.  So what did we do this last week? Went to the baseball game! It's been 6 years since the Red Sox came to Coors Field and the atmosphere at this game was much different than the games I attended in 2010 and 2013. The eerie silence and finishing projects

Good Morning and Happy Sunday everyone! We have survived the first week of school and routine is coming back. Granted we're still not very excited about the later start times for high school but I guess we have to roll with it.  What did I do last week with the neighborhood eerily silent with all the kids back in school? New yarn colors are done! They are posted in the shop under each of their bases, Hope, Faith, Promise and Trust. Also the knots came up on the looms!
