A combination of sunshine and fantastic thunderstorms have brought out the green in the trees and the grass. Not to say that I don't enjoy the busy side of life too especially at this time of year. Good Morning and Happy Sunday! My little corner of the Fort is quiet this morning with the girls still abed and even me sleeping in. I guess when sleep is short and rough throughout the week I make up for it on the weekends. What did we do with our first week of December? It was busy on the music front for Serra with her holiday concert and performing at the Timnath Tree Lighting Festival Friday evening. Good morning and Happy Sunday to all of you! It may still be hot here but summer is winding down. Serra has gone to band camp all week to remember how to play her baritone sax again and marching band camp begins for Amanda on Monday. Nothing like 8-9 hour days of music, marching and sun. So what did I do this last week? We got to celebrate a birthday Friday evening so I can finally share a gift :) It's the traveling socks!
